Fifteen feeling like there's nothing to figure out // I turned fifteen!

Yes, I did fake blowing out those candles 😂 

Hey there! It's me again 😉 I just turned fifteen last week! I can't believe it 😶 I can't believe I'll be an adult in 3 years! Ahhhhhhhhhhhh! Why does time go by so fast??? 

Anyway, before I get too sappy, I thought I'd do a short post about what I did on my birthday! I didn't get many pictures because I was having such a great time! 😉 

Birthday Celebrations!

The day before my birthday, we spent the night at an indoor waterpark/hotel. We arrived in the afternoon, so we had lots of time to enjoy the park! 

At first we were in the kid side where the water was just up to my ankles lol. Of course, Elijah and Eliyah loved it! Eliyah wanted to go on a slide, but we weren't allowed to sit her on our laps. 

There was this cool wave pool where the water would turn into waves, then turn calm again. I would like it better if the waves were always on though. Elijah liked riding on my back to jump over the waves 😄

We all enjoyed the lazy river. It was a little small, but still nice! Eliyah was so cute riding the little baby one 😍

After a while, Kuya and I finally went on the big slides! We are kinda chickens about rides 😜🐔 But they were so fun! We went on a few times before it closed.

In the morning of my fifteenth birthday, Kuya and I went back to the slides! Then Papa needed to start loading the car, so Kuya and I went to play with Elijah and Eliyah. After Papa was done, Kuya and I went back on the slides twice, then had a quick lunch - PB&J 😋After lunch, we went to the bigger slides!

Kuya was a little scared lol. Tbh I was at first too! (I told you - we're chickens 😜) But then we had a bunch of fun of course. Our favorite was a slide that had a big funnel. The raft goes up on the walls, then goes into a hole. We loved the big drop! It was so fun; we went 15 times at the least 😂 

After we left the waterpark, we ate dinner at Olive Garden. I got a chicken and shrimp pasta thing - it was delicious! But I was already full from the soup and salad they had given us 😂 I ended up having most of it for lunch the next day (which was like 20 minutes ago haha)

We drove home after dinner, and I fell asleep in the car. Luckily my contacts didn't dry out! Elijah fell asleep too. 

We ended up not having cake until the day after my birthday, since we got home a bit late. It was a carvel ice cream cake - my favorite! Well, second to Cold Stone cakes. Have you tried them? They are amaaaaazing! We make custom cakes for birthday parties. Definitely try mixing peanut butter and Reese's Cups with the ice cream! (Getting off-topic now 😂) 

A picture from a couple weeks ago. We went to our favorite restaurant - but it's closed on my birthday every year! They gave me a free dessert anyway thought 😁

Gifts

I got every book I wished for! I got Shards of Sky, Nothing Else But Miracles, and Out of Hiding from Pearl's blog I believe? The DreamKeeper Saga is also great too!

My aunt and uncle got me this awesome gift! Kindle paperwhites are so cool. You can turn the brightness down so it doesn't hurt your eyes and almost looks like real paper! I also love that you can borrow books from Libby and put it on the paperwhite. 

I got a new swim cap, which is awesome since my other four ripped and I was borrowing my brother's 😅 

My brother got me the ukulele method book and the capo! He said he was thinking of getting them for me since a little after Christmas, which is about when I started playing. Maybe he just got the capo since I keep using his 😏 My family also got me a book of Christian songs for ukulele too!

A family friend of ours got me this memory book! I can't wait to start writing in it. It seems geared towards adults who have already done a lot more (graduating high school, college, etc.) but I will still use it 😊 I love the hummingbird theme across the pages!

I got nail polish remover and sealer! These are supposed to be better for you. Can't wait to try it!
